Booking Policy
No Show/Cancellation/Late Arrival policy
Please respect the appointment time and always communicate promptly about any changes or delays. After all, our goal is to offer everyone the best service in a timely manner.
Cancellations/No Shows:
1. For appointments canceled with less than 5 hours notice, we will charge a cancellation fee, except in cases of emergency.
2. No Shows/Late Cancellations will be charged 50% of service on the first offense, 100% of the service on the second offense and 3 or more offenses will be required to prepay before they book their service. Failure to settle up will result in your account being blocked until the matter is resolved.
3. For appointments canceled ahead of time, no charges will be applied.
Late arrivals:
1. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled depending on the service.
2. We encourage clients to arrive on time to ensure that we can provide them with the best possible service.
Please be considerate and help us in serving you better. Do remember that every appointment is important and that someone else could have been accommodated during that time.

Children’s Policy
We understand that children bring great joy and liveliness, but due to the nature of our services, we strictly adhere to our policy of not allowing children under 12 years of age to be present for appointments or inside our shop. We value and prioritize the relaxation of our customers and aim to provide a peaceful and serene environment for them. As such, we are committed to maintaining an ambiance free from disruptions.
